What you’ll do
Evaluate and treat older adults in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
Build practical treatment plans focused on safety, independence, and functional goals
Document clearly and on time (you know the drill)
Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team
Educate patients and families on carryover and safe discharge planning
What we’re looking for
Current OT license in the state of practice
SNF experience is helpful, but not required if you’re confident and coachable
Strong communication, solid clinical judgment, and a team-first attitude
Comfort with typical SNF caseloads and documentation systems
Schedule & pay
Typical SNF schedule (weekday coverage with occasional weekend rotation, depending on facility)
