LOCUM Neurologist *139822: North, New Hampshire

- M-F, 8-5 (one hour scheduled lunch 12-1)
- No overtime unless pre-approved
- No call
- Provides office-based general neurology services to new and established patients (mostly adults and adolescents), including medication management, education and counseling of patients and families, ordering diagnostic tests, referral to related other specialties (e.g., cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, pulmonology, sleep medicine) locally, referral to subspecialty neurologists at tertiary care centers, and communication with PCP’s.

Experience required
- Prefer candidates who have prior experience (at least 2-5 years) in a broad spectrum of general neurology.
- Must be comfortable with the rural nature of the practice/hospital; they would be solo coverage
- Ability to interpret EEG studies
- Ability to perform and interpret NCS/EMG studies
- Ability to perform Botox injections
- Typical productivity (based on the usual mix of new and established patients) will be 12 to 16 patients per day. In general, 2 to 4 new patients per day.
