- Length of Assignment: Ongoing
- Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM. Guaranteed 8 hours/day
- OT after 8 - hour shifts
- Case Mix: Large volume of Gen Surgery, Endo procedures and ortho. Roughly 250 delivers per year, perform VBacs, No high risk OB, C sections are done in MAIN only. Mondays are for podiatry only.
- # of Providers per day: 1 Anesthesiologist/ 2 CRNA
- # of OR's: 3
- Active License: IN or pending IN
- Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
