- Location: Caldwell, Idaho
- Assignment Dates: 6/16, 7/21, 7/28, 7/31, 8/7, 8/11, 8/14, 8/18, 8/28
- Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to pediatric patients
- Maintain strong daily production while delivering quality care
- Deliver patient-centered treatment in a supportive, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable with pediatric procedures including SSC crowns, fillings, pulpotomies, sealants, and hygiene exams
- Must be able to perform both operative dentistry and hygiene checks
- Ability to manage high patient volume (40 patients per day)
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active ID dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable treating children
- Strong efficiency in a productive practice setting
- Active Medicaid Provider ID required or application submitted
- CV and background information must be submitted with candidate presentation
- All credentialing and documentation must be completed at least one (1) week prior to start date
- Ability to manage high patient volume (40 patients per day)
