Schedule: Monday-Wednesday: Monday-Thursday: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
Estimated Hours per week: 36 hours
Setting: DSO

Requirements
- State License Required: Minnesota
- DEA Required Yes
- Certifications Required: Standard

- Credentialing Timeline: 2 weeks before start
