The Opportunity
The facility is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist passionate about treating children to join a well-supported pediatric practice on a part-time basis. This role offers full-scope pediatric dentistry, a collaborative team, and access to strong specialty leadership.
Practice Details
- Location: Germantown, Tennessee
- Schedule: Part-time (average less than 30 hours per week)
- Patient Population: Ages 0-20
- Setting: Pediatric Dental Clinic / Outpatient
- Clinic Team:
- 1 Practice Manager
- 2 Front Desk staff
- 4–5 Dental Assistants
Scope of Practice
- Full-scope pediatric dentistry
- Preventive, restorative, and comprehensive pediatric care
- Sedation dentistry available (experience a plus)
- Operatories - 2 treatment and 5 hygiene
- 20 patients per day
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality pediatric dental care
- Perform exams, treatment planning, and pediatric procedures
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Maintain strong standards for patient care and documentation
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Pediatric Dentist preferred
- General Dentists considered if passionate about pediatric care
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Sedation experience a plus
