Clinical Magnet, (part of Icon Medical Network), is partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking a full-time PTA to support skilled nursing and rehabilitation patient populations in 2 facilities near and in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists with patient treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
- Support patients with mobility, strength, and balance exercises
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to therapy teams
- Educate patients on exercises and therapy techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records
Qualifications
- Active PTA license required
- Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
- Experience in rehabilitation or SNF settings preferred, vent and trach experience or knowledge is nice to have
- Strong communication and patient care skills, a TRUE interest in helping patients
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation based on experience, Roughly Starting at $25-$35/hr, paid travel time
