Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve daily living and functional independence
- Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans, collaborating with rehab teams, physicians, and caregivers
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and therapy goals
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Experience in SNF, rehab, or senior care settings preferred
- New graduates welcome to apply, but should be open to learning and growing as an OT
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation based on experience, Roughly Starting at $40-50/hr,
