Job Summary

Position Overview
- Full-time permanent position
- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts
- Rotating overnight on-call 1 - 2 nights weekly
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- Pay range: $36.99 - $55.49/hour
- Sign-on bonus up to $20,000

Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures
- Operate radiologic imaging equipment efficiently and safely
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records
- Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays
- Adhere to all safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance standards
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of a two-year Radiologic Technology program required
- Current Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license required
- Current ARRT certification required
- Current CPR certification required
- ACLS certification preferred; required within one year of hire if not currently obtained
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
- Cath lab experience is NOT required - technologists from general radiology backgrounds are welcome, and full training will be provided to expand skills and transition into cath lab responsibilities if needed
