- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 6 months with the option to extend. Schedule is 4x10's each week. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call.
- Case Mix: General, Ortho, GYN, and ENT. Blocks, spinals, and epidurals are not required, but CRNA can do if willing and able.
- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Supervision
- # of OR's: 5
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
- Active TX License: Required upon submission
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS
- Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Must be all-inclusive
