Staffing Model: Supervision. 4:1 or 3:1
Case Mix: B&B. GI, Lab colonoscopy, OB- busy at Main/Newark (not required but preferred). Trauma (highly preferred. will try to keep out of trauma if requested but can't guarantee), heads, spine, ortho, plastics, bariatrics. NO: Hearts, Peds (peds treated at another facility).
Ages: 13 and above
Volume: Main OR 3-5 cases/day per CRNA.
Credentialing Time-Frame: 90-100 days.
