- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Level I trauma.
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3-6 months with the option to extend. The schedule offers 8, 10, 12, and 16-hr options.
- Case Mix: General and OB, some vascular, some trauma, No hearts, No pediatrics. 50% Spines.
- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction Model
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Active TX License: Required upon submission
