- Specialty: General Anesthesiologist
- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 6 months with the option to extend.
- Two nighttime physicians working 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, approximately 3 shifts per week (the two docs will rotate with each other so there are no overlapping days)
- Two daytime physicians working either 10- or 12-hour shifts up to 40 hours per week
- Alternatively, a daytime physician working 10- or 12-hour shifts who is also willing to take night call (with post-call days off)
- Case Mix: General, Ortho, Neuro, OBGYN, Urology, Vascular, Podiatry, GI. No hearts and no Peds.
- Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
- Certifications: BC required, ACLS, BLS, DEA
- Active TX License: Required upon submission
- Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
