Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor to join our partner's team in southern New Jersey area.

Summary:
Oversees the daily registration functions within Patient Access's scope of work. Ensures the operational unit is staff appropriately. Promotes a positive patient experience for patients and families. Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills when interacting with staff, patients, families, and leadership. Supervises efficient and compliant registration processes ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements including adherence to departmental and institutional protocols. Prioritizes responsibilities to complete daily work requirements, resolves departmental and patient problems as needed and monitors key performance metrics to ensure goals are achieved.
Locations: Cherry Hill, Turnersville and Stratford (must be able to rotate between all three)
Key Requirements:
- Associate's degree in healthcare or business admin required OR in lieu of degree a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a physician office/practice, hospital setting, healthcare insurance provider or other healthcare relevant experience AND a minimum of 2 years of patient registration experience.
- A minimum of 3-years of supervisory experience in a physician or hospital environment, healthcare insurance provider or other healthcare relevant experience required.
- Patient registration experience
- Understanding of medical terminology, health insurance (Medicare/Medicaid) as well as HIPAA compliance
- Must be able to work at all three locations
Schedule and Pay Information:
- 3pm-11:30pm
- Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday
- $65,000-$70,000/year
