Client Search Consultant
The Client Search Consultant is responsible for increasing divisional growth by assisting RM/CDMs (RM/CDM) with business development by lead generation, which entails contacting and qualifying active and passive prospective clients, using a screening process to assess their needs and viability, and presenting to the respective RM/CDM. In addition, the Client Search Consultant supports divisional objectives by participating in and completing assignments that support market research in key areas.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Sales Lead Generation:
Generates recruiting leads for RM/CDM by contacting clients via telephone calls, e-mails, text messages and third-party site messaging
Receives inbound calls and inquiries from new/prospective clients
Uses Marketing Cloud and Distributed Marketing e-mail tools to source new client leads
Contacts client facility leaders including but not limited to C-suite executives, medical directors and department heads to qualify them, sell our services, and inquire about needs for locum tenens coverage
Reviews external job boards to prospect new business opportunities
Updates and verifies pertinent information such as client contact name, job titles, contact information, staffing levels, and personnel needs for specialty departments in the company database information
Contacts new clients upon registering on the LocumTenens.com website or affiliated site and educates them on our services, resources, and processes
Submits qualified opportunities for new business to the RM/CDM for the respective territory
In partnership with RM/CDM, develops and maintains new and existing client relationships Manages daily schedule of calls, meetings, and follow ups
Achieves/exceeds daily and monthly activity goals and metrics as set by their manager; exceeds KPI production metrics measured by all communication activity
Keeps management informed of area activities, significant issues, and changes in recruiting volume
Secondary Functions:
May send appropriate targeted marketing materials to clients as needed
May serve as back-up to an RM/CDM as needed
Assists RM/CDMs and other production team members as needed
May work on special projects or other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous corporate experience preferred but not required
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Working knowledge of UltraStaff or relative CRM systems

WORKING CONDITIONS
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This role functions in a home office environment. This role must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout 100% of the duties.
This position frequently needs to use the following:

HOURS / SHIFTS: Monday-Friday, hours to be determined with manager. This position may be requested to work afterhours and weekends to meet short deadlines, and to be responsive at times convenient to Providers and facilities.
TRAVEL: Travel is generally not required, there may be periodic company gatherings that the role must attend.
OTHER: COVID-19 vaccination and booster (if applicable) required unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
