Key Account Manager - Remote

REPORTS TO: Director of Dental Client Services and Recruitment
JOB PURPOSE:
The employee in this position will perform duties as a Key Account Manager (“AM”), specializing in the placement of Dentists on a permanent or Locum Tenens / contract basis within the United States. The employee will be responsible for daily contact and reporting of the specific results of the activity. This position is responsible for managing job placement activities external to the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manage and build client base through:
Creating, managing, and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
Providing client with the highest quality providers available through multiple recruiting initiatives.
Increasing sales in respective accounts.
Manage provider presentation, interview process, and feedback.
Build targeted list searches of qualified client contacts using appropriate tools (UltraStaff, LinkedIn, Job Boards, Resume Boards, Industry Publications, Online Sources, Conferences, and others).
Manage searches process with attention towards accuracy, speed, and ultimately qualified candidate identification.
Utilize the telephone as a primary tool for communication with Clients.
Accurately maintain the database based on company standards.
Cross-reference database with LinkedIn connections.
Manage Lists and Distribution Lists (current and past database searches).
Provide management with various reporting regarding client progress, search metrics.
Develop Client Base and secure positions within the client base for which to fill.
Provide positions for recruiters to fill and work closely with recruiters to fill those positions.
Maintain current knowledge of trends for multiple industries through researching periodicals and industry news as well as participating in various associations.
Evaluating and/or testing new websites.
Examining current market trends to assess validity and cost effectiveness of new job boards and internet research techniques.
Monitoring client sites for new openings and potential new business leads, opportunities, matching active candidates with non-client positions.
Investigating companies to determine appropriate candidate fit through company websites, Google, and other secondary sources.
Become an advanced user of online database software, internet/intranet tools and provide training to others.
Visit client sites in person with pre-approval from manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with UltraStaff is a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This role functions in a home office environment. This role must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout 100% of the duties.

HOURS / SHIFTS:
Monday-Friday, hours to be determined with manager. This position may be requested to work afterhours and weekends to meet short deadlines.
TRAVEL:
Travel is generally not required, however there may be periodic company gatherings which the role must attend.
